چکیده

Abstract Aim There is limited information on outcomes of pT3a RCC treated with PN. Retrospective studies cT1/2 upstaged to RN vs PN show contradictory results. Method analysis all renal tumours removed by either or between 2000-2020 at a single centre performed 6 surgeons median follow up period 4 years. Results 186 cases were and 78 was CT suspicion T3a disease in 1 cases. The mean tumour size 4.5cm vs. 8cm. Preoperative postoperative eGFR similar groups smaller drop from preop post op the group (16 20ml/min) number patients who went have replacement therapy for end stage failure 2 group. At years up, 86% patient alive 93% had RN. Of died 5.6% due cancer 8.6% rate any recurrence spread detected 21% 38% Conclusions This case series suggests reasonable option strong indications nephron sparing surgery.

Partial Nephrectomy in Adults - A Single-Centre Experience.

Partial nephrectomy is the preferred procedure in benign renal lesions requiring surgical removal. It has also been accepted procedure for malignant renal conditions of smaller size. The aim of this observational study was to determine the outcome of partial nephrectomy in terms of complications and recurrence rates. Twenty patients with renal mass underwent this procedure from January 2010 til...

Frequency of capsular invasion and prenephric fat infiltration in renal cell carcinoma after partial nephrectomy

Background and Objective: Nowadays, partial nephrectomy (PN) has specific indications in renal tumors. There are challenges regarding the remaining and seeding of malignant cells after surgery due to increasing tendency to do laparoscopic PN (LPN) and consequently increased manipulation of the surrounding tumor tissue. The objective of this study is to investigate the frequency of renal capsule...

BACKGROUND The aim of this study was to investigate the incidence of benign histology after partial nephrectomy (PN) in patients with presumed malignancy from preoperative imaging. Furthermore, preoperative predictors of benign lesions and perioperative outcomes were also assessed. METHODS A series of patients undergoing PN for renal masses was identified using a prospectively maintained data...

Background: Laparoendoscopic single-site (LESS) surgery has been developed in attempt to further reduce the morbidity and scarring associated with surgical intervention. To describe the technique and report the surgical outcomes of zero-ischemia LESS partial nephrectomy (ZILESS-PN) in the treatment of renal cell carcinoma with low PADUA-score. Material and Methods: ZILESS-PN was performed in 11...
